Terms of use

These terms cover your use of the FoldFocus app and this website, provided by ARVELABS LTD ("we", "us"). Your licence to use the app is granted under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement; these terms add the details of the FoldFocus subscription. If the two conflict, Apple's agreement wins.

FoldFocus Pro

FoldFocus is unlocked by an auto-renewing subscription, FoldFocus Pro, offered as:

• Yearly: $29.99 a year in the US, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.
• Monthly: $5.99 a month in the US.

Prices in other countries are set by the App Store and shown before you buy, including any taxes.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase, or when the free trial ends.
• The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions) at any time after purchase.
• Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Using the app

FoldFocus helps you put your phone down. It isn't a medical device and doesn't diagnose or treat any condition. Please don't rely on it where missing a call or message could put you or anyone else at risk; you can always open your phone, and doing so only costs you a pixel building.

Your city and history are stored on your device. If you delete the app or its data, or lose your device, they can't be recovered by us.

Availability and changes

We work to keep FoldFocus running well, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of bugs. We may update the app, change features, or update these terms; we'll show the date of the latest version above. If a change affects your subscription price, Apple will ask for your consent where required.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under UK law, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for FoldFocus in the 12 months before the claim.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or the EU, you also keep the protections of the law where you live, and can bring a claim in your local courts.
